TO: ALL PARENTS/ GUARDIANS of S.E.A Students accepted into Holy Name Convent Secondary School, Point Fortin
SUBJECT: REGISTRATION OF S.E.A. STUDENTS
Please be advised that our registration will take place on Thursday 10th July 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
All parents/guardians are asked to walk with the following:
- Original and copy of Birth Certificate
- 2 passport size pictures (most recent)
- Parent’s National Identification Card and copy
- Child’s Immunization Card and copy
- Proof of citizenship if student is a national born outside of Trinidad and Tobago
- Valid student permit and any relevant documents if student is a non-national
- An affidavit is required if there is no name on the Birth Certificate or where the name on the Birth Certificate is different from the S.E.A. placement slip
- Parents are also asked to walk with sufficient money for the purchase of school supplies (Homework books, Religious Education books, Examination Pads, etc.), PSC contribution, and uniform from the Training Centre.
- Utility Bill (for NALIS Registration)
We are pleased to provide the opportunity for parents to register students online. This can be done by visiting our school’s website www.hncpf.org. Parents/Guardians are asked to click on the link S.E.A Registration,(Online registration was open from 2nd July 2025 to 9th July 2025 9:30pm and is now CLOSED.) after which they are to follow all instructions.
Parents/Guardians who are in a position to register online are encouraged to please do so, since it will assist in reducing the time spent on the school’s compound. Once the online registration is completed, the school will simply verify the information on Thursday 10th July 2025 in the presence of parents.
Please note that the school uniform will be on sale from the Training Centre and additional school supplies will be available. The executive of the Parent and Staff Committee will also meet with parents as they seek their support.
Persons are also asked to please walk with a pen.
Students are asked to wear the uniform of their last school and Parents/Guardians are asked to observe the school’s dress code (NO shorts/ three quarter pants, pants with holes or slippers are allowed on the compound).
Our school takes this opportunity to extend congratulations to all successful S.E.A students and we look forward to working with all parents/guardians in the interest of our incoming cohort.
