A warm welcome back to all our students and parents as we begin our new academic year 2022-2023. This term our school will be resuming our club time. This will take place on a Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. This will allow students to engage in activities that are not only fun and exciting but also be equipped with various skills customized to their interest. In total you can select from 24 clubs.

SEA Vacation Revision Programme 2022
The Vacation Revision Programme 2022 will run for four (4) weeks during the period of July 18 to August 12, 2022, at selected secondary schools in a face-to-face format. An emphasis will be placed on small class sizes in Mathematics and English Language Arts as well as other activities. These classes will be conducted between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm daily.

Parents of students requiring these revision classes will be specifically advised that their child is expected to register and attend a school closest to their home to minimise transportation costs. School uniforms will not be required for these classes but appropriate attire as per school entry rules are advised.

Attendance will be monitored by the School Supervision and Management Division while psycho social support for both students and parents will be offered by the Student Support Services Division. The National Schools Dietary Services Limited will provide both breakfast and lunch meals for the students attending the Vacation Revision Programme 2022.
Students with a Composite Standard Score (weighted) of less than 208.653 (less than 50%) are encouraged to apply using the link or scanning the QR Code below.

Please be advised that our registration will take place on Thursday 7 th July 2022 from 9:00 am. to 1:00pm. All parents/ guardians are asked to walk with the following:

– Original and copy of Birth Certificate
– SEA result slip
– 2 passport size pictures (most recent)
– Parent’s National Identification Card
– Child’s Immunization Card and copy
– Parents are also asked to walk with sufficient money for the purchase of school supplies,    PSC contribution and uniform from the Training Centre.

We are pleased to provide the opportunity for parents to register students online. This can be done by visiting our school’s website www.hncpf.org. Parents/ Guardians are asked to click on link S.E.A Students Registration after which they are to follow all instructions.

Parents/Guardians who are in a position to register online are encouraged to please do so since it will assist in reducing the time spent on the school’s compound. Once the online registration is completed the school will simply verify the information on Thursday 7 th July 2022 in the presence of parents.

All COVID-19 protocols are to be observed when on the school’s compound. Persons are also asked to please walk with a pen.

Students are asked to wear the uniform of their last school and Parents/Guardians are asked to observe the school’s dress code (NO shorts/ three quarter pants, pants with holes or slippers are allowed on the compound).

Our school takes this opportunity to extend congratulations to all successful SEA students and looks forward to working with all parents/ guardians in the interest of our incoming cohort.
