Subject: Clubs Programme 2026 Term 1
A warm welcome back to all our students and parents as we begin our new academic year 2026-2027. This term our school will be resuming our “club time”.
Clubs will take place on a Wednesday from 1:20 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
In total you can select from 32 clubs. There is a PDF file attached giving details. You will be required to select a first choice, second choice and third choice.
N.B. You will only be able to do ONE club during this time. The second and third choices are collected in case you are not placed in your first choice. Please ensure you read the information about the clubs offered before you fill out this form.
Some clubs have a fee as external facilitators were needed, this is highlighted in red on the attached file. This year the entire term fee will be collected. ALL FEES ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY 18TH SEPTEMBER 2026.
Some clubs are offered to only particular form levels. (This is highlighted yellow on the attached file)
You will only be allowed to submit this form ONCE so please ensure you are sure of your selections before submitting.
The deadline to submit this form is Tuesday 15th September, 2026
Your daughter / ward must be logged into their hncpf account to fill out the form.
